Rigaud 1952-2021 Steven passed away on July 12, 2021 at the age of 68, at Lakeshore Hospital in Pointe-Claire. Beloved husband of Helene and loving father to Maia.
He was born in Trois-Rivières, QC, the youngest son of Jean Anderson and Romeo Fortin. He grew up in Quebec City and later moved to Montreal.
He was a rock musician, a great guitarist, song writer and avid music lover. He started a band in the 1980’s called Zerowolf, whose bassist was his dear friend Real Villeneuve, who passed away several years ago.
Steven was known for his quick wit, his big heart and being easy to get along with, having a knack at making people feel instantly at home. He was forthright and passionate, straightforward and sincere, a real gentleman. He adored cats, and could roar like a lion (he was, after all a Leo born in the year of The Dragon). Steven wore his heart on his sleeve, he never shied away from showing his emotion; and to boot a great believer in 15 hugs a day.
He leaves behind our dog Twiggy or “Sergeant Major!”(as he would like to call her) and his calico cat, Cally.
