With a heavy heart, we share the passing of our mom, Elizabeth Forster Olkowicz. She was an incredible woman, mother, grandmother, and friend who brought so much joy, laughter, and kindness to everyone around her. Her memory will live on in our hearts forever.
To honor her final wishes, we will not be holding a funeral service. In lieu of flowers, you can celebrate her memory by making a donation in her name to the Lachine Hospital Foundation.
Thank you to everyone who brought happiness to her life. The family extends their deepest gratitude to Dr. Chaput and the exceptional staff at the Lachine Hospital Palliative Care Unit for ensuring her final days were filled with comfort, dignity, and grace.
