1943-2023
It is with profound sadness that the family of Jean-Marie Hamilton announces his peaceful passing on July 14, 2023, at the age of 80, in Ile Perot, Quebec. He will be missed and lovingly remembered by his wife of 55 years, Sheila Anne Rourke, his daughter Kimberley (Vincent), his brother Real (Francine), his sister Lisette, brothers-in-law Richard Gendron, Paulo Leclerc and his nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his eldest daughter Debbie Anne, his parents Roland Hamilton and Jeanne d’Arc Gagne, his sisters Francine Gendron and Linda Leclerc and his brother-in-law Gaston Berube.
As per his wishes, no ceremony will be held. A private burial in his home town of Baie-Comeau will be held at a later date.
