It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Henry Dowden on December 14, 2023. He passed away unexpectedly at home, leaving behind a family who loved and adored him; his wife Betty, his daughter Debra, his sons Barry and Randy (Annie, Jeremy), his grandchildren Corey (Jessica), Todd, Sydney, Eva, Cody and great grandsons Hudson, Finn along with many nieces and nephews. 

Henry lived his life caring for others. His presence will be deeply missed by all of us who were touched by his kindness, generosity, uplifting positive personality and great sense of humour. 

We are truly devastated by the loss of such a remarkable man and he will always hold a special place in our hearts.

We comfort ourselves in thinking those we love never truly leave us as there are things that death cannot touch.

The family will decide on a Celebration of Life at a later date.
