After a brave battle against cancer, Kayden Philippe Thibert sadly passed away at the age of 13 on May 2nd, 2026, at his home in Vaudreuil-Dorion. He shall be greatly missed by his mother Holly Emard, his father Denis André Thibert, his sister Kaylie, his grandparents Christine and Steve, Carol-Anne and Michael, his uncles and aunts Daniel (Jessica), Neil (Rachel), Lena and Mike (Émilie), his cousins, his best friend Lucas (Geneviève and Adam) as well as many other family members and friends, not forgetting his beloved pets Gladys, Stella, Toby and Ashes.
A gathering will be held at a later date. Information concerning this event shall be shared in the near future.
Donations may be made in his memory to Brain Cancer Canada or Leucan.
Just got back from Peru. I was so sad to hear about the loss of your precious son. Carol Anne has been keeping us updated since his diagnosis and I have been feeling your struggles and pain. I lost Mike but the death of such a young individual has no reason. As a family your have to be proud of how much you did for him. He was deeply loved.
My heart goes out to you and your immediate family.
