It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Theresa Christopher, age 90, born January 1, 1935, in Tignish, Prince Edward Island.  Theresa passed away September 23, 2025, at the Palliative Care Residence in Hudson, Quebec.

Theresa was a warm, compassionate, selfless soul that brought happiness and joy to so many people. She touched many lives with her kind, genuine Maritime way, always addressing those around her as “Dear”, no matter who they were.

She will be greatly missed and forever remembered by so many.

Theresa is survived by her loving husband, Thomas Murphy, her children, David Ryan, Darlene Ryan (Bob Tainsh), Kelly-Anne Murphy (Greg Choules), grandchildren, Chelsea Tainsh (Josh Brossard), Ryan Tainsh, Sydney Choules, Lauren Choules, and great-grandchild, Nathan Brossard. Her family was the pride and joy of her life, who will cherish her memory and miss her dearly, along with many other family and friends.

Visitation and Service will take place on Sunday, October 5^th at Maison Funéraire Roussin, 12 avenue St-Charles, Vaudreuil-Dorion QC J7V 2K4. 

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, we encourage donations to the Palliative Care Residence Vaudreuil-Soulanges (Online donations - Fondation de la Maison de soins palliatifs de Vaudreuil-Soulanges - Home), in support of the wonderful care and compassion that they provided Theresa in her final days.
