It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of my mother Madeleine Parker Burns on December 11, 2025 at her home in Pincourt, Quebec.
Madeleine was the wife of the late Paul Joseph Burns, mother of the late Peter Burns, daughter of the late Olivier Parker (Anora Lanteigne) and the late Jeanette Richard.
Madeleine leaves in mourning her loving daughter Sandra, cherished son-in-law Michael Ryan, her siblings Agathe, Gaston, Georgette and Jean-Claude as well as many nephews, nieces and friends.
Madeleine was a devoted spouse and parent who cherished raising her family, instilling values of love, hard work and kindness in her children.
Madeleine enjoyed time at the Omni Centre, French Club and Second Mile Club where she made many long lasting friendships and developed a close knit group of friends with whom she gathered weekly to play cards and socialize.
She will be deeply missed by family, friends and all who knew her. A beautiful soul to never be forgotten.
