It is with deep sadness that we announce the premature passing of Pénélope Côté on June 21st 2024 at the age 45.
Pénélope was a beloved person, cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her optimism, resilience and strong character were a source of inspiration for her family and friends throughout her life and until her final moments.
She leaves to mourn her darling daughters of whom she was so proud: Lili-Ann and Amelia, her parents Denise Lamarre and Serge Côté, her sister Virginie, her brother Lévis (Tejal Patel Côté). Her beloved nieces and nephews: Alexis, Samuel, Loralie and Cayden. She was also surrounded by precious friends who, along with her family, accompanied her until the very end: Frédérique Laurier-Thibault and Nicole Nigro. Uncles, aunts, work colleagues and many friends who also cherish precious memories with her.
A gathering will be held on Saturday, July 27th 2024 from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m.:

A ceremony to reflect and celebrate her life will take place at 5 p.m.
We would like to thank the CHUM oncology team; Christine, Laura et Dr. Terret-Hans of home care services with the Vaudreuil-Dorion CLSC, and the Vaudreuil-Soulanges Palliative Care Residence. In lieu of flowers, donations for research to the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation would be appreciated.
