1931 – 2024

We sadly announce the passing of our mother, Mrs. Yolande Henripin-Bédard. She passed away on Wednesday, December 25, 2024, in Kirkland. She was 93 years old.  She is joining her husband, Raymond Bédard.

She is survived by her children, sons Roch (Pina La Riccia), Jasmin (Chantal Robichaud), Réjean (Jeanne Kunz), daughters Brynah (André de Repentigny), Lynda (Roger Haché), Jasmine (the late Daniel Caya) and Sylvie.

Her grandchildren Katya (Angelo Smyrniotis), Eric (Kaitlyn McKee), Gabriella (Éric Lévesque), Antoine, Alexandre and Mathis, as well as her great-grandchildren, have lost a much-loved grandmother.  She also leaves her sister, brother and sisters-in-law, as well as many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.

For 32 years, she was the owner of La Roulotte de patates frites opposite the Harpell Centre in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue.

We would sincerely like to thank the staff on the fourth floor of Ste. Anne's Hospital in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue for the care they provided during her convalescence and comfort care. Everyone showed understanding, support and unfailing devotion to her and our family.  Thank you also to the staff of the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence in Kirkland, for the serene and peaceful environment that characterized her final days.

A celebration of our mother’s life, will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Ste-Anne's Church, located at 1, rue de l'Église in Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue.

The family will receive condolences at 11:00 a.m. until the service begins

In lieu of flowers, your expression of sympathy can take the form of a donation in her memory to the Ste. Anne's Hospital Foundation or the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence, as you wish. Dedicated envelopes will be available at the funeral.
